Conditions of Sale

In buying ticket(s) from Bounce Magic (“we” “us” “our”) you understand and agree that:Your ticket(s) is/are valid only for the number of person(s), the date, and the entry time(s) stated on its/their face(s). During your visit you must retain your Season Pass(s) safely for production on demand by our representative(s) We reserve the right at our discretion to alter our advertised arrangements for any reason, closing early, location closing or any other reason beyond or within our control without notice; AND in any such event: (a) we shall not be liable to you for any loss of business, revenue, profits, anticipated savings or goodwill (whether direct or indirect) or for any indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind and in each case however arising, even if you have advised us of the possibility of same; and (b) our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket(s) prorated at $10 per week. These conditions of sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to provisions concerning conflicts of laws.

Online Purchases

When buying tickets online from Bounce Magic, you are entering into an agreement with Bounce Magic, subject to the common terms of use of this website applicable to all transactions. You are also accepting responsibility to you and the child for whom you have bought this ticket to follow all stated and non stated rule of the facility and general conduct in a public place.

Receiving Your Order

Once your online purchase has been confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us with regard to your item requirements is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing items in accordance with the information you provide.

Getting Your Season Play Pass Ticket(s)

Once purchased, neither the date, entry time, nor event for which a ticket has been purchased may be changed. Payments for tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for the dates stated upon them. No additional discounts will be applied after an order is placed.

On arrival at the location nearest you, the following may be required in order to validate a ticket purchased through our web site.

  • A legible printout of your ticket or email on your phone.

  • The credit or debit card used to make your purchase through this website.

A season pass is a three month monthly pass with a discount for the time frame of June 1st to the end of Labor Day in the year in which it is issued only.

Lost or stolen passes

We will issue a new season pass to you if yours is lost. You will need to verify your purchase again and there will be a $5.00 reprint fee required.

Cancellation of sale

New York state policy on refunds applies. If you have not redeemed your season pass and it is before June 1st you will be entitled to a refund less $5.00 administration fees and credit card processing fees. On or after June 1st and for each week there after an additional $10 will be deducted from the refund up until there is no value left. i.e. 10 of the 14 weeks.
