Call for group sales
Bounce Magic is here to help you have a successful event by supplying you with all your event needs. From all the play kids and adults can handle, to our home made foods, a large seating area and a direct number to our group sales coordinator. We can accommodate up to 200 people at either location any day Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are subject to the time of year since we book lots of birthday parties for kids at that time. Group Rate Details
Restrictions to qualify for Group Rate Pricing:
Group rates are available weekdays only
A minimum of 20 participants or a minimum charge of $200.00 will be billed.
Groups must be a recognized organization.
Supply a tax exempt certificate. All prices are before tax and you will be charged sales tax unless a certificate is presented.
Supply proof of insurance form. (New)
Download and sign our Group Liability waiver. (New)
Sign-in list for the attending children. (First names only)
Reservations and completed paperwork are necessary to book your event.
A $40.00 deposit is required to reserve your event.
In the event of cancellation, a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from your deposit. Events canceled or rescheduled within 7 days of reservation will forfeit your deposit. Bounce Magic will allow you to reschedule your event should you need reschedule to due to weather related issues only.

This high energy overnight adventure offers youth groups a chance to explore Bounce Magic after hours.The event includes plenty of bouncing, tokens, games, food and beverages. Additional program activities can be incorporated into the evening. Group team building, Scout badge requirements, community awareness and Girl Scout Cookie rallies, just to name a few. End the evening with a late night movie and a light bedtime snack. In the morning enjoy a continental breakfast.

with Fundraising Programs, Events and Donations
Bounce Magic is the perfect place to host your next fundraising event. Over the past fourteen years, Bounce Magic has proudly and humbly supported the needs of our community thru various fundraisers, fundraising events and thru donations. Most non-profit, private or public pre-school, elementary or middle school, religious group or other non-profit organization benefiting children under the age of 12 can reserve a 'Fun-raising' event at Bounce Magic while getting some great exercise and have fun with friends and family, knowing they are giving back to a good cause.
'Fun-raisers' - Hosting a fundraising event at Bounce Magic is easy, profitable and fun. The program doesn't involve selling items to friends and family, and best of all, it doesn't require any extra work. Parents and teachers, as well as authorized personnel from nonprofit organizations can contact Bounce Magic online at email@example.com or call 1-716-646-5867 for more information. Once confirmed, fundraising organizers will receive digital flyers they can reproduce and distribute to their organization and Bounce Magic logo and artwork templates to create custom materials to promote the event. Inflatable Play Passes are discounted for your event guests and it is not required for teachers, administrators or parents to work during the event. As well as the discounted play pass coupon offer for the members of your organization, for every coupon offer Bounce Magic receives from your 'Fun-raiser' event, Bounce Magic will donate $2.00 back to your organization.
Box Tops for Education - Bounce Magic is proud to offer our community schools and organizations who participate in the Box Tops for Education Program a fun and motivating incentive program. Students can earn Free Inflatable Play Passes to Bounce Magic by participating in their school's Box Top campaign. Organizations that have teamed up with us have experienced a great level of enthusiasm from their participants with outstanding results. Whether you do a weekly collection or a Box Top Drive, we've got a variety of customized programs and the incentives that will get your students motivated, bringing in larger numbers of Box Tops for your organization to turn in to Box Tops, resulting in a larger check for you!

Donations - Bounce Magic is dedicated to giving back to our community, and we welcome the opportunity to support community events, fundraisers and other charitable efforts. Due to the volume of donation requests that we receive, we ask that all donation requests be received a minimum of 4 weeks from the date of your event in the formal letter of request. Letters of request should be mailed to Bounce Magic - Donations, 4255 McKinley Pkwy. Hamburg, NY 14075 and must include fundraiser specifics; Name of benefactor, event date, contact person name and phone number. We ask that you or a person representing your fundraiser be available to pick up the donation. You will receive a phone call when the donation is ready.
Bounce Magic will proudly display any promotional materials or flyers you provide for your fundraiser on our Community News bulletin boards.
