1. What is Bounce Magic?
Bounce Magic is a high energy play and party facility featuring many inflatable bounce houses and slides, video and arcade games, kids play area, ride-on animals, large toddler only area, family bounce area, interactive floor, great food and family fun....all indoors!
2. How much does it cost? New for August 2020 post Covid-19
We have now changed to a play session system. You are welcome to buy tickets at the door for $13.50 per child and one(1) adult or buy the tickets online and be guaranteed admission if we have capacity restrictions. We are charging for EVERY adult, $5.00, for cleaning and capacity reasons.
3. Can adults play to?
Yes! One adult is always included with a child's play pass. While we are forced to charge every adult whom enters the building, we will also be including access to the Hamburg climber and double lane slide.
4. What if we have more adults than children?
The cost is $5.00 plus tax for each additional adult.
5. Can I come in and just play games?
Since the Coronavirus we are now required to log all customers that have had access to the facility and we need to clean and sanitize the game room between session so we are now charginging for any access to the facility by any customer.
6. Are there any requirements to play on the inflatables?
Socks and masks must be worn at all times while playing on the inflatable rides. No shoes are allowed on the inflatable rides or equipment. NO exceptions. Anyone with any medical conditions should consider inflatable play as a strenuous activity and accepts responsibility of any occurrences. Please always observe the manufactures labels on every unit. Only children under 42" are allowed to play in the toddler area. Double lane slide is restricted to people of the height of 36"
7. Do you serve food or drinks?
Yes, we have a variety of foods including pizza, burgers, chicken fingers, and more to name a few. We serve Pepsi products, juices, plain and flavored waters. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
8. Can I bring in any of my own food?
Sorry, NO outside food is allowed. Bounce Magic may, upon manager approval, allow certain food in due to food allergies or dietary restrictions. This allowance is for the sole consumption of the person/persons with said restrictions and not to be shared with others.
9. Do you sell gift certificates?
Gift cards can be purchased for any amount and never expire! Gift cards are good toward the purchase of any inflatable play pass, package, food, drink or merchandise
at Bounce Magic except for arcade tokens and prizes. There are two ways to get a gift card. One is to come into a store near you and purchase it at the counter. We are open seven days a week. The other is this. You can get a money order for five dollars more than the gift card amount you wish to buy and then mail the money order to: Bounce Magic 4255 McKinley Parkway Ste.#20, Hamburg NY 14075 and we will mail you back the Gift Card with receipt and gift card envelop to you.
10. If I need to leave, can I come back later?
Although we used to do this we are now converting to 'Session' play times. You can no longer leave and come back.
11. How much are tokens to play games?
Tokens are 25 cents each. Most games are 1 token.
12. Do you have any packages or discounts?
Family Fun Packs are available without a coupon and include inflatable ride passes for 1, 2 or 3 children, a pitcher of pop, pizza and 20 tokens per child. We also have monthly play passes which allow you to come in and play as often as you like. See Pricing for details.
13. What age group is Bounce Magic best suited for?
Bounce Magic is set up for two age groups. Ages 1 to about 5 for our toddler area (children under 42 inches in height) and our older kids area that is good for everyone else.
14. What is there for my child to do?
Our toddler area has plenty of things to entertain the little ones with like the soft play objects and wall of entertainment. We also have a couple bounce houses to enjoy. Please read the manufactures signage before taking any children that can not walk and jump on there own into these units as they can be hazardous to them. Our older kids area includes a large slide and all children must be tall enough and able to climb up the stairs to be able to go on this unit. Adults are allowed on the big slide ($5.00 fee) but are NOT allowed to assist their children for safety reasons. See our activities page.
15. Can my infant play on inflatables in the toddler area?
While we don't tell you as the parent what you should and should not do, we do discourage anyone from taking new born through 1-1/2 year old onto our inflatables as it may be hazardous to their health.
16. Does Bounce Magic have new hours?
Our new hours of operation will be as follows and are now called 'SESSIONS'
Monday through Friday 5 pm ~ 9pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am ~ 1pm / 2pm ~ 5pm / 6pm ~ 9pm
